★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demande de remboursement immédiate (et polie !) juste après avoir payé distraitement (parmi d'autres achats pour 92€) un objet non étiqueté en magasin que j'estimais surfacturé (12€ pour une simple gourde en métal...). On me rétorque sèchement que je n'avais qu'à demander le prix avant de passer en caisse... Je réponds que l'étiquetage en rayon est obligatoire, on me sourit ironiquement... Ce qui semble être la "patronne" me jette l'argent sur la table, en montrant ostensiblement sa mauvaise humeur devant les autres clients... Première et dernière fois pour nous dans ce magasin !
Immediate (and polite!) Refund request just after distractedly paying (among other purchases for € 92) for an unlabeled item in the store that I thought was overcharged (€ 12 for a simple metal gourd ...). They retort to me curtly that I only had to ask for the price before going to the checkout ... I answer that the labeling on the shelf is mandatory, they smile at me ironically ... What seems to be the "boss" to me throws the money on the table, ostensibly showing his bad temper in front of the other customers ... First and last time for us in this store!
