Men excuses .
I would have liked to have corrected something, I had given a negative revision, but I was wrong because it was a misunderstanding, I want to rectify this with this review because, they called me and were very helpful. Man apologies.

β β β β β Een tiental jaar geleden kocht ik een Kettler home trainer. Omdat deze niet goed meer werkte belde ik de fietsenhandel waar hij gekocht was in Sint Jozef Brugge.
Men wou hem niet nazien.
Bij deze fietsenzaak was men onmiddellijk bereid om te zien wat kon. Indien onderdelen nodig waren zat men vast. Gelukkig kon hij hersteld worden, met dank . Verkopen kan iedereen ,maar opvolgen en onderhoud is essentieel.
Vriendelijk en correcte zaak.
About ten years ago I bought a Kettler home trainer. Because it no longer worked properly, I called the bicycle shop where it was bought in Sint Jozef Brugge.
They didn't want to nab him.
At this bicycle shop they were immediately prepared to see what could be done. If parts were needed, they were stuck. Fortunately, he was able to recover, thanks . Anyone can sell, but follow-up and maintenance is essential.
Friendly and correct business.

β β β β β Positive things I can say: they have a great range of bikes (depending on your size and the bike season), the sellers know the products they sell and you will surely find something that suits you.
Negative things: the objective is to sell in a somewhat aggressive way, in my opinion. This way sometimes generates rejection by the buyer, who can feel forced and uncomfortable, as was my case.
Now I will explain the reason for my opinion.
I went to this store a few days ago to ask for a bike for me. From the first moment I explained to the shop assistant that I am not used to riding a bicycle and that, in fact, I have never ridden a bicycle on a bike path. I also commented that I have quiet fear of cars. Being said that, I mentioned that another problem is the size of the bike. Since I am very short and most bikes are bigger, especially when bike season is ending (as he said). Out of the entire range of bikes, there was only 1 that fit my size and budget. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy it yet when the shop assistant asked me more questions. For example, if I wanted to put saddlebags or a better lock. To which I answered YES, as long as I was clear that this bike would definitely be the right fit for me. After taking the information (phone, address and email) and giving us a final price for everything, he told us that we could come back several days later to test the bike on the street. We meet at 12:30 pm for this test.
On the day of the appointment, we go on time and even a little earlier. The shop assistant took out the bike (it was ready with the bags and the lock). We went outside and he told me where I could go with the bike. I suggested going to a wide street where there was little traffic, but he said I will had to cross to the other side of the street and its better from on the bike path and then go on a back street. I am aware that the journey was easy, however, I had already confessed my fear of starting to ride a bicycle near vehicles. However, not to bother, I didn't say anything and I did. Error. At one point I felt like I was getting out of the bike lane, towards where the cars were. Despite my fear, I continued on my way and turned around.
When I got off I can say that the experience was really negative. Not only because of fear, but also because I was not comfortable with the bike. The shop assistant found it strange and asked my partner to try the same bike, to confirm if it was something from me or from the bike. Regardless of my fears, is it understandable that each person has different sensations with a bicycle, right? It is something personal or subjective, why invalidate my opinion like that?
Finally, the shop assistant took out another bike, adjusted the saddle on the spot, and asked me to try it out. But of course, I was already physically scared and I did not feel like continuing to test any bicycle. Still, I did. On this second bike I did notice a better feeling when rolling. The only thing is that it was still a bit taller / bigger than the other one.
When I returned it, I told him that I was not sure and that I did not want to buy something that I would not really use. Saying this, the shop assistant seemed annoyed that he had taken the time and prepared the bikes and now I donβt want to buy any of them. Thus, other employees of the store, joined him to pressure me to buy one of the two bikes, saying that they did not know why I had not felt comfortable, etc. I was very sorry, because I was really interested to buy a bike. But I think that when a person is telling you about their situation and you don't listen to her and you're only interested in selling, then you're not doing your job well.
Nor do I think it is appropriate to bother you or pressure you for having prepared the bike when it is you who has offered. Am I supposed to buy a bike that I'm not comfortable with?

β β β β β Very good and fast service. We had a puncture on a one day - stay. They gave us a rental bike for free and we could pick up the repaired bike at the same evening. Included was a free advice for a non touristic place for the evening.
The repair of the bike was done perfectly.
