The food never arrived on a very important dinner and they did not even have the decency to apologise or try to find a solution.
Services in Brussels have gotten much better the last years but apparently you still have these really unprofessional people.
Never again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order online, this company is totally unreliable. The food was never delivered even though the money was booked from my credit card. When I called they said they couldn't find my order, I sent them their own order confirmation plus my credit card receipts via e-mail and have been waiting for an answer for two days now.
Update: To react to the statement below calling me a liar, the money arrived indeed - one week later. This is actually a legal requirement when you don't deliver a service, not something I should have to run after you for. I had to leave this review to make them react. In their email they tried to blame me for not calling them even though I called them twice when the food didn't arrive. They never called back to apologise. This attitude is just beyond words - shaming the customer when you have made a mistake. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life.
