★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its is my 3d time going at Gent's Wakko Kapper. My hairdresser is Bo, the saloon manager. I am very happy with the result of my hair! She really listen to the client, she is open minded in adapting on the requests and is not afraid to give you her tips/opinion. I asked for a really SOFT balayage, and this is the result!! the cut as well is great!! (the picture is 2 days after the service). I am very glad I have finded my heirdresser in Gent city :)The rest of the team is cool too very kind and will welcome you with a big smile! Ps. the only complain I have is the price, it's a bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off! Paid €27,50 for a kids haircut for a five year old. Haircut did not even take 15 minutes. No drinks offered. Result ok but not exceptional. Bad value for money and not recommended!
