★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its totally unfriendly service.. There is a probleem in bluetooth of audi...but no proper and respectful talk to the customer, tried to show they are more busy and not interested to help for problem.. its rude totally. no choice on appointment..so rude.
I need to visit again at garage after few days because of front tyre problem. I checked with them to solve both problem simultaneously, bluetooth problem and tyre change. They agreed and I got proper and client friendly service.
I would like to increase stars for their good service in second visit. well done :)

Don't know what they do, but their customer service seems not to be working => 0/10 points on delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly people, they know what they're doing. But they're crazy expensive. I know that Audi isba luxury brand but 1450Euro for a routine maintenance, adjusting of the front lights and replacing rear lights due to water infiltration(?) is a lot.
Not even 1000km after the maintenance I uad to return due to a new warning sign on the display. Replacing the exhaust sensor will set me back another 200-300Euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a routine check-up of the company car of my girlfriend. When picking up the car the battery was dead, not even 48 hours after dropping the car off... On a 2 year old car that never had battery problems!
When going to the reception to tell them about the fault they seemed to have forgotten about who we were.... Not even 10 minutes later. They didn't see the need to say sorry, nor did they even acknowledge in the slightest that it was their fault. Even though they were the only ones to have access to the car in the past day and a half.
When going back to the car with a mechanic with a promised check to see what was the issue, the only thing they did was jumped the car with a booster pack.
When I myself opened the hood before they arrived the battery protection covers were already removed and stuffed somewhere else in the engine bay... Which they later tried to tell my girlfriend that her car doesn't have a battery protection cap.
Additionally there was a lot of moisture in the car when we arrived. With the radio at a much louder volume then what we usually listen too...
They never will be seeing us again, nor will I reccomended it to anyone for anything.
