★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acheté un jacuzzi à 3750€ et service après vente minable. 10 semaines qu on nous balade et que l on attend les pièces qui devaient être livrées à la achat. Un filtre un couvercle un escalier une grille qui était cassée à l achat et madame nous répond plus au téléphone mais que par SMS et nous dit qu'elle est au Luxembourg qu elle ne peut pas répondre puis a l hôpital puis le lendemain et déplace comme ça la livraison non stop !!!
 Bought a jacuzzi for 3750 € and poor after sales service. 10 weeks that we walk around and that we wait for the parts that were to be delivered to the purchase. A filter, a cover, a staircase, a gate that was broken during the purchase and the lady answers us more on the phone but than by SMS and tells us that she is in Luxembourg that she cannot answer then to the hospital then the next day and moves like that non stop delivery !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service naverkoop bestaat niet bij hun. Veel beloven en de mensen aan het lijntje houden. Geleverd product is kwalitatief niet wat men beloofde. Technisch geen kennis van zaken.
After-sales service does not exist with them. Promise a lot and keep people on the lead. Delivered product is qualitatively not what was promised. No technical knowledge.
