n	nicougnou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One evening to have (winter style) dîner on the rooftop. Clearly overpriced dîner for what you get to eat. Ok for drinks but runaway if you consider to stay there for diner ;-)

If you compare the prices to the other good hotels, the Jam hotel is more expensive and only got a pool to show for it. The pool could be a great relaxing factor, but people with kids just let them to jump, splash and cause havoc also the hotel does not care about this. I didn't like staying on the first floor either and the rooftop is nice, but mostly full in the evening. I recommend choosing another hotel although the pool is nice, it's not worth it, illbehaving kids cause more stress than the pool relaxes.

It's located in the Chatelain, one of BXL's coolest neighbourhoods: plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants and easy reach to the city's main hotspots. The design is very cool, the rooms are super comfy and the service is great. The rooftop bar and the restaurant downstairs are also great options for a drink or for food. Well done the team at the Jam Hotel!

In this hotel you get breakfast card and each day and no one is checking this cards carefully, my friend just left for checkout and waitress did not get the breakfast card from my friend and started to yell at me and they blamed me for their mistake. I am not waitress I cannot control my friend’s card, it is your business to follow everyone in restaurant. And not enough waitress in morning time. You have to wait at least 20 mins for breakfast. One lady trying to do everything and there are two “so called” managers… Dont go hotel Jam if you have business trip and important time schedule.
V	Vlad Semenov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty and unwelcoming place. The rooms are extremely small. The whole place looks used and outdated. Prices are too high for this kind of place. The man at the reception never smiles and makes you feel uncomfortable. When we asked to change the room because curtains were dirty, with some dry organic substance on it (pictures attached), and the room was too small, the reception asked us to pay a 10 EUR fee over the price to have a slightly bigger (and cleaner) room! In this new room there was a hole on the bed sheet and some dirt on the pillow. Never again! Avoid this place at all costs!

K	Kristine Sproģe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The SPA area at the basement of the hotel is actually super relaxing! Japanese style sauna & bath - great way to have a quite moment, relax & enjoy the serenity. The welcoming women at the SPA was also very helpful & just comfort us with her attitude. As we live in Brussels & sometimes is really challenging to find a good deal for reasonable price this little SPA getaway is hidden gem. Recommend!

Ample coffee bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a hip and urban atmosphere without it being forced. The room I stayed in was rather small but really well organized, comfortable, had good lighting and sufficient storage space. It was just really cosy and I would definitely stay here again. The pool and roof top bar are great extras!
