D	Damien de meeus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai une tondeuse dont le câble d'accélérateur est cassé, je me suis rendu au magasin pour me faire dire que comme je n'avais pas acheté ma tondeuse chez eux je pouvais passer mon chemin, j'ai déjà souvent acheté du matériel chez eux mais je n'irai plus. Je me demande ce que fera cette personne lorsqu'il tombera en panne avec sa voiture et que le garagiste lui dira de passer son chemin car il n'aura pas acheté sa voiture chez lui. Je suis moi même commerçant mais je profite plutôt de pouvoir aider un client qui vient d'ailleurs. J'existe depuis plus de 25 ans. I have a mower with a broken throttle cable, I went to the store to be told that since I had not bought my mower from them I could go my way, I have often bought equipment home but I will not go. I wonder what this person will do when he breaks down with his car and the mechanic tells him to go his way because he will not have bought his car from him. I am myself a trader but I rather take advantage of being able to help a customer who comes from elsewhere. I have been in existence for over 25 years.

Heel snel werd een offerte gemaakt om alles te vernieuwen. Gelukkig ook geïnformeerd bij JP Meerts. Vervangen was helemaal niet nodig, want alles kon nog worden hersteld voor een fractie van de prijs. Dat is pas correct en eerlijk zijn. Redden als het kan en niet zomaar vervangen. Een aanrader! Great company. Honest and correct! Due to water damage, inquired about purchasing various new machines from a competitor. Very quickly an offer was made to renew everything. Fortunately, also informed at JP Meerts. Replacement was not necessary at all, because everything could still be repaired for a fraction of the price. That's just being correct and honest. Rescue if possible and not just replace. Recommended!

Nobody ask you to do anything for free, I come to your store to ask your help and pay your labor. What you said if you don’t buy your machine in my store go out. You even didn’t want to listen to us, start to yelling on your customer, and yes you were rude, we are a human you can just say we are not giving any service or support if you don’t buy machine in our store. That’s it, simple basic and polite answer. Yes you are a rude and mean.
