 Isabelle combines rigor, precision and kindness. I particularly appreciate his attention to detail for each position. I have never had such a deep yoga practice which gives me such well being! To test!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie Iyengar yoga wil beoefenen volgens de regels van de kunst moet bij Yogaxl zijn. Isabelle gaat heel grondig en opbouwend tewerk. Je kan je grenzen immers pas verleggen als je ze goed kent :-) Een taalbarrière is er niet, de lessen verlopen in het Frans (hoofdzakelijk), Nederlands, Engels… volgens de samenstelling van de groep. Al het materiaal en een goede sfeer zijn aanwezig!
Anyone who wants to practice Iyengar yoga according to the rules of the art must visit Yogaxl. Isabelle is very thorough and constructive. After all, you can only push your boundaries if you know them well :-) There is no language barrier, the lessons take place in French (mainly), Dutch, English… according to the composition of the group. All the material and a good atmosphere are present!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful yoga shala which naturally leads you to peacefulness. I practice with Isabelle, who is an incredibly careful teacher. She helped me to adapt the yoga postures to my body. Thanks to her, I have been practising for eight years instead of letting go because of some first physical difficulties. All my friends who practise with Isabel immediately fall in love with her professionalism, deep knowledge and kindness. I highly recommend Isabelle’ studio for those looking for deep physical and mental well-being ?
