Impossible d'avoir une date de pose puis ils débarquent un jour sans prévenir et entament les travaux de toiture du garage sans même prendre la peine de sonner à la porte pour prévenir de leur présence et pour s'assurer qu'il s'agit de la bonne maison... Après les travaux, vous leur signalez que cela ne va pas mais ils vous garantissent qu'au contraire, tout est fait correctement. Jusqu au jour où vous constatez, 2 mois plus tard que votre toit de garage est devenu une piscine/baignoire pour les animaux du coin et que vous retrouvez des flaques d'eau dans votre garage alors qu'avant les travaux, vous n'en aviez pas! Quand vous les contactez, ils se renvoient la balle. Ils sont venus une fois et ont promis une solution pour le jour même car ils avaient une réunion avec le "patron". C était il y a 3 semaines... Malgré des rappels réguliers, plus personne ne se préoccupe de nous. Un scandale! Pas un appel. Pas un email. Nous devions isoler notre facade avec eux aussi mais aucune date n'avait pu encore être proposée par eux depuis mai!!!! Une chance au final car vu leur incompétence, nous avons demandé le remboursement de cet acompte et nous allons voir avec une autre société. Cela ne restera pas ainsi. Je vous déconseille vivement de faire appel eux. They promise you mountains and wonders until the signature (garage roof + insulation and plaster facade). When you contact them, they pass the buck. They came once and promised a solution for the same day as they had a meeting with the "boss". It was 3 weeks ago ... Despite regular reminders, nobody cares about us anymore. Scandal! Not a call. Not an email. We had to isolate our facade with them too but no date had yet been proposed by them since May !!!! A chance in the end because given their incompetence, we asked for the reimbursement of this deposit and we will see with another company. It will not stay that way. I strongly advise against calling them.
