We’ve been into the fitness lifestyle for some time now, like everyone, with ups & downs.
Times when we were absolutely fucking killing it and other times when we were lazy pigs, stuffing our faces in the sofa watching Netflix for weeks. Yeah you get this picture ?
Looking back it became very clear to us, that the times in our lives when we were most happy, most productive, most passionate,…were also the times when we were killing it in the gym, eating our high quality foods, and taking care of our bodies to the fullest. You only get one, so why the fuck are you not taking care of it the way you should?
Like it or not, quality of life/happiness and being fit and healthy are DIRECTLY related to each other.
This doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy your life, that you are bound to eat salad for the rest of your life.
No, there is a way to enjoy life AND be strong, healthy and fit as fuck! And we are here to show it you.
