★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De plaatsing van de airco werd herhaaldelijk met maanden uitgesteld en mettertijd belden ze niet meer terug nadat ze dat beloofd hadden en werd het zelfs bijna onmogelijk iemand aan de lijn te krijgen. Uiteindelijk, toen we nog eens hun vaste telefoonlijn (die op de gevel van hun gebouw staat) belden, kregen we een zogenaamde ex-werknemer aan de lijn die zich van niets bewust was. Zeer bizar en onprofessioneel gedrag dat noopte tot annulatie.
The installation of the air conditioner was repeatedly delayed for months and over time they stopped calling back after they promised and it became almost impossible to get anyone on the line. Finally, when we called their landline (which is on the facade of their building) again, we got on the line with a so-called ex-employee who was unaware of anything. Very bizarre and unprofessional behavior that forced cancellation.
