★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erbarmelijke dienst na verkoop. Defect in garantieperiode wordt afgewimpeld langs alle mogelijke kanten... 'Stuur ons een filmpje en geluidsfragment van het probleem aub.' In plaats van gewoon de klant voorop te stellen en te erkennen dat er eens iets kan foutlopen met Intex toestellen. Neem deze terug en onderzoek zelf het probleem en pas je WETTELIJKE garantie toe zoals het hoort aub.
 Terrible after sales service. Defect in warranty period is brushed aside from all sides... 'Please send us a video and sound clip of the problem.' Instead of just putting the customer first and acknowledging that something can go wrong with Intex devices. Please take it back and investigate the problem yourself and apply your LEGAL warranty as it should please.
