★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send a parcel March 20, 2019 and it’s been held at Belgium ?? international post for more then 3 weeks. Why is my parcel held for this long period of time? Customs ? suppose to inspect the parcel and clear it and send it to the destination. I haven’t got a response via e mail ? and I’m highly upset ? for poor customer service and inconvenience of delivery.
