β β β β β Extremely bad service. I ordered a bike mid-January, by the end March still no delivery. After two and a half month Interbike has no idea if, or when can they deliver the bike. I took the deposit back. Do not do business with them.

β β β β β Some staffs are nice, but some are not. Some doesnβt want to help fixing the issues on your bike if you didnβt buy your bike there, even though you want to pay for the work. They just rather do nothing instead of helping you. I believe if you buy a bike there you may highly likely to get a nice service, but vice versa.

Thanks for your quick response.
I know it is annoying if a man came with a bike newly bought online and ask you to help adjusting things, but it is not the case. The tires on my bike are already tubeless,but somehow they got underinflated after I rode it. Therefore, I think it is better to take it to a professional bike shop like you to examine the problem, and maybe I could direct buy new tires if the tires are needed to be changed. For the crank, it was the power meter crank I used before I came here. I don't have such equipments to change it on my own, and I shouldn't ask your employee if I could pay to change it or not. I did bought the Canyon bike online and it is just because I like the look (not those ones distributed in your shop). I thought it was kind of lucky that I live nearby your shop and it would be convenient for me to buy accessories. (So far, I bought a pedal and tubeless valves from you. It seems not enough tho). As an independent bicycle dealer, you should earn profit on saling bicycles/parts, I totally agree and I am not asking for free service. However, you address it very clear that customers who bought bikes online is NOT your TA and shoudn't go to your shop bothering you with the repairing things or maybe any purchases. I still leave with 2 stars is because I did get nice services on previous purchases or sometimes I hanged arround to see stuffs to buy. Otherwise, since I am not your TA and was treated unfriendly I would rather to leave with 1 star. I am quite disappointed this time and will never go again.

β β β β β Fine but not great. Discussed my wishes with a mechanic two weeks prior to my appointment and everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, when I brought my bike in for service the parts needed to carry out my wishes (i.e. brake pads and bar tape) were not on stock- this was communicated on the evening after closing hours (props for the overtime, however I could not call back anymore to discuss). I understand delivery delays and difficulties, however I am disappointed with the lack of anticipation of the problem as I will now still have to find a solution to change brake pads and handlebar tape. The gearcables have been changed, seems fine and the price is reasonable. Service was carried out swiftly.

β β β β β I have been asked money to inflate the tires, i wanted to change a tire and they made me a reservation for a week later, and when I bought a ring-slot there they were not transparent on the prices to apply it to my car.
