★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You Will regret the rest of your life if you go there for any kind of service because they don’t know how to work and correct their own mistakes. Super Low class service and unprofessional! I had my worst bank experiences in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed an appointment due to COVID-19 lockdown. Agent calls back that they cannot take appointments (ok) and says she will send all information by email and also fix me a rendezvous with another branch. Still waiting for those emails to arrive two days later...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is impossible (like in NOT possible) to make an appointment with these guys, even for the most basic things. Telephone? Impossible. Making an appointment with the app? Then you get a message that they will contact you back in 3 days, which of course they never do. I guess they use covid now as an excuse to sit on their arses all day long and do nothing. Best advice I can give you: save yourself a lot of trouble, and do not become a client of this bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to order dollar notes. After going through an unnecessarily long menu, I am eventually connected to someone. The conversation was suddenly cut (after spelling out my name), but no one is calling me back. Then I call again. After I reach someone, the person is asking me why I need the dollar notes? I asked him why he needs to know. He told me it matters if it is for private or personal reasons since ING only gives dollars for business purpose. I told him that I expect from a bank to be able to give me dollars if requested and that I am not happy with the service. I decided to go to the airport and change money there.
