Impossible de prendre rdv via leur QR code affiché en agence et aucune aide reçu de la part des conseillers de l’agence qui m’a envoyé balader car je n’avais pas de rdv !
Unable to make an appointment via their QR code displayed at the agency and no help received from the agency advisers who sent me for a walk because I did not have an appointment!

A fuir! impossible de prendre un RDV. (mail + tel) ça donne juste envie de les ... Aucuns service, aucune considération pour leurs affiliés, aucun numéro joignable, aucun conseil, aucun mail, mon argent est chez eux et ils sont en train de me le voler! @ING (et banques) /!\ vous poussez les gens à bout. Si un jour, certains perdent patience et que vous avez le retour de flamme, il ne faudra pas pleurer... les gens PAYENT pour vos services. Vous allez finir par le payer également...
To flee! impossible to make an appointment. (email + phone) it just makes me want to... No service, no consideration for their affiliates, no reachable number, no advice, no email, my money is with them and they are stealing it from me! @ING (and banks) /!\ you push people over the edge. If one day, some people lose patience and you have the flashback, you should not cry... people PAY for your services. You will end up paying for it too...

Honteux aucune solution proposer 3 semaines sans carte et pendant la période de fête bien la première fois de ma vie que le sapin était vide merci ing pour votre incompétence a trouver des solutions a vos clients sans parler de vos collaborateurs qui prétendent faire des choses alor que ce n est pas le cas. Même prendre un Rdv pour fermer les comptes est impossible.
Shameful no solution to offer 3 weeks without a card and during the festive period the first time in my life that the tree was empty thank you for your incompetence in finding solutions for your customers not to mention your employees who claim to do things so that This is not the case. Even making an appointment to close the accounts is impossible.

Rien ne fonctionne au "self bank", je me retrouve avec des virements ponctuels en double, que je ne peux ni "modifier" ni "effacer", aucune réponse au téléphone , pas moyen d'obtenir un rendez-vous, et surtout, LE PERSONNEL VOUS PARLE COMME A UN CHIEN. Je suis FURIEUX!!! Après +40 ans comme client (depuis BBL donc), je plie bagages et je ne veux plus jamais entendre parler de cette banque de M.RDE
Nothing works at the "self bank", I find myself with duplicate punctual transfers, which I can not "modify" or "erase", no answer on the phone, no way to get an appointment, and above all, The staff speaks to you as a dog. No professionalism! They keep people waiting in a big line while they are chatting and joking with each other and very few english speakers in there (staff) .

Most awful service I ever experienced in a bank. Went to open an account. I was misled (by having the account opened without any prior discussion about WHAT I wanted) into opening an account that is not what I wanted....and now I am trying to close the account since 2 weeks with no success.
