★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très décue. Mon locataire est passé mi septembre pour signer un document afin de libérer sa garantie locative. Je me suis présentée peu après. Après 30 min d'attente à l'accueil puis 10 min dans un bureau on m'a dit que le document était introuvable et qu'on me contacterais le lendemain matin. N'ayant pas été contactée j'ai appelé l'après-midi. Il fallait que le locataire revienne pour co-signer le nouveau document. Puis il faut attendre que les document aillent au siège avant que la somme soit versée. Que de temps perdu !!!!!!
Very disapointed. My tenant passed mid-September to sign a document to release his rental guarantee. I introduced myself shortly thereafter. After 30 minutes of waiting at the reception and 10 minutes in an office I was told that the document was not found and that I would be contacted the next morning. Not having been contacted I called the afternoon. The tenant had to come back to co-sign the new document. Then we have to wait for the documents to go to headquarters before the money is paid. What time lost !!!!!!
