★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very difficult to get an appointment to visit this branch. You can raise as many appointment requests or send as many emails as you want but it is very less likely that you will get an actual response. Besides the staff will make you wait for 30-40 minutes or so before saying that "Sir you need an appointment to visit us"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As reflected in the other reviews, this bank is a horror. When originally coming to Brussels I made the mistake of using their expat services. ING is expensive, inefficient and it is almost impossible to get an appointment by mail or telephone during the pandemic. I would strongly recommend using a cheaper and more efficient online bank like Keytrade instead. It will save you a lot of trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ING Agency in Brussels. ING is not a bad bank. Just chosse another Agency. I sent all the relevant documents for Deblocage de la Garantie Locative to this Agency (where I opened my account). All they have to do is send the file to the Garantie Service (which have 10 working days to deal with the file). After 20 days and severall attemps to reach them on the phone, they play with you, and say contact the Service of Garantie (its their fault the delay). Finally I manage to speak with the Service of Garantie, they tell me that they only received the documents from the Agency yesterday (that makes 22 days after I send it!!) 22 DAYS TO SEND A MAIL! as they dont even evaluate the file.. The worst client service. And I dont want even mention their service during COVID...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As mentioned by so many people here, the problem is ING, not just this here branch. Their offer is awful and their service is terrible or inexistent. They also take advantage of the pandemic to close branches and make massive layoffs. If you can open an account with another bank, spare yourself the pain and trouble and go to another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never in my life have received WORST SERVICE. They closed my account without a notice and against my will. Tried to understand what's going on and reversed it but I was directed from one mass email to another and never received any support. I was trying to solve this for months.
