Fuyez cette maison de singes ! Accueil méprisant et arrogant, services inexistants, incompétence crasse, quant au respect du client (2 termes étrangers à cette banque), n'en parlons pas !!! A vomir !!!

Service(s) totalement nul(s). Aucun retour. Compétences à la limite des pâquerettes. Bon, sans les excuser, c'est assez général dans le secteur bancaire ? Bien triste !
Completely zero service (s). No return. Skills bordering on daisies. Well, without excusing them, it's pretty general in the banking sector ? Very sad !

Service vraiment lamentable. Leur machine bloque, ma carte ne resort plus et la seule chose qu’ils peuvent me dire s’est que la machine n’est pas à eux et que je dois contacter ma propre banque pour récuperer ma carte dans leur machine… et ceci sur un ton très hostile. Heureusement que ce n’est pas ma banque !
Truly dismal service. Their machine is blocked, my card no longer comes out and the only thing they can tell me is that the machine is not theirs and that I must contact my own bank to get my card back in their machine ... and this on a very hostile tone. Fortunately, this is not my bank!

Impossible d'accompagner ma mère âgée qui a besoin d'aide car "mesures covid". Même dans les hôpitaux un accompagnateur est admis mais pas dans cette banque. De plus le personnel est autant désagréable qu' incapable.
Impossible to accompany my elderly mother who needs help because of "covid measures". Even in hospitals an attendant is admitted but not in this bank. In addition, the staff are as unpleasant as they are incapable.

Accueil déplorable. Service lamentable. Téléphone sonne dans le vide. Mails envoyés en agence sans suite. Rendez-vous pris en ligne sans réponse. Plus de 3 mois pour débloquer un compte et ... toujours inaccessible car "problème technique " avec la carte. Personnel totalement incompétent qui vous dit avec un grand sourire "ne pas être habilité pour effectuer toutes les démarches" !!!!!!!! Un vrai FOUTOIR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fuyez dès que possible.
Deplorable welcome. Terrible service. Phone rings in a vacuum. Mails sent to an agency without follow-up. Appointment made online without response. More than 3 months to unblock an account and ... still inaccessible because "technical problem" with the card. Totally incompetent staff who tell you with a big smile "not to be authorized to carry out all the formalities" !!!!!!!! A real WHISTLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run away as soon as possible.

Worst branch ever, impossible to contact, impossible to get foreign currency, every requests are redirected to online services or other branch, they don't even know their products ! ING do yourself a favor and save your money, this office can be closed without anyone noticing it !!

I have tried to call this bank as I was looking to open a new bank account, well, their answering machine lasts for hours and there is NO ANY SINGLE Option for a new client to get to the bank by phone. IT's a bad start and I have reached out to another bank.
