★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment in this branch via home banking. Upon arrival, an unfriendly lady told me there were no appointments in the morning. I insisted and then she found my appointment. She then told me to wait claiming she would find someone. After a couple of minutes, she asked me if I could go to another branch because it would be faster than if someone come to help me. That means I would be helped 25-30 min after the original booking time. 30 min is a lot to be out of office. I said no and the same lady reacted first with a "but it's faster if you go there" and then with a "whatever" and left me talking alone.
