ook tijdens kantooruren . Ik ga dadelijk mijn vierde poging ondernemen .
Vervelend is dat je door een hele intro moet alvorens te horen te krijgen dat
je beter op een ander tijdstip ( wat dat ook mag zijn ) opnieuw probeert .
It is very difficult to get a living person on the line,
also during office hours. I'm going to make my fourth attempt straight away.
Annoying is that you have to go through a whole intro before hearing that
you better try again at another time (whatever that may be).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er hangen 3 affiches op met speciale openingsuren voor juli, augustus. Maar uiteindelijk blijkt dat de bank nooit open is. Enkel op afspraak. Deze communicatie is verwarrend.
There are 3 posters with special opening hours for July, August. But in the end it turns out that the bank is never open. Only by appointment. This communication is confusing.
