Na 1 herinnering voor een parkeerretributie, stellen ze onmiddellijk een gerechtsdeurwaarder in het werk waardoor de rekening onmiddellijk meer dan het dubbel bedraagt door allerlei kosten die worden aangerekend! Een 2e aanmaning is blijkbaar al teveel moeite, liever de mensen geld uit hun zakken kloppen!! Nochtans sturen de meeste bedrijven/organisaties 2x een herinnering naar hun klanten vooraleer bijkomende kosten aan te rekenen. Het is een schande voor de stad Mechelen dat ze dit soort praktijken toestaan! The biggest rip-offs out there! After 1 reminder for a parking fee, they immediately employ a bailiff, which immediately makes the bill more than double due to all kinds of costs that are charged! Apparently a second reminder is too much trouble, people would rather knock money out of their pockets !! However, most companies / organizations send 2x a reminder to their customers before charging additional costs. It is a shame for the city of Mechelen that they allow this kind of practice!

Bellen naar het hoofdkantoor levert ook niet veel op. ZUCHT I've been trying to call customer service for a week, several times a day. Nobody answers, not even voicemail, nothing at all. Calling the head office does not yield much either. SIGH

Plus jamais je ne ferai de courses ou shopping à Wavre !!! C'est dit et ce sera fait ! Je ne sais pas qui y perdra le plus pour finir . Ze willen professioneel overkomen maar hebben het fatsoen niet om iemand deftig te woord te staan. Nothing is what it seems, always making promises and nothing comes of it.
