Once you paid a lot of money for a small place on their website and you want to make a change after more then 10 days you can't (example: Qty of rooms 2 instead of 1 or Postal code ..) When i call to the customer service they tell you to buy a new space on the website. Pur rip off! IMMO SCOOP much easier and more honest people. STAY AWAY from IMMOWEB !!

M	Mariya Valishevskaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE 29 -07- 2019. After my initial post Immoweb contacted me immediately and arranged a full refund of the transactions. My situation is resolved to the best of my interest. I experienced some unauthorized writes-off for around EUR 130 from my bank account through Immoweb web-site. I suppose this is a fraud and my bank is now dealing with my claim. Anyway, I also emailed to Immoweb about this situation asking them to investigate the issue and make their security service aware of that. And guess what - there's NO reaction from Immoweb to my initial email and to the follow-ups... I can't understand why Immoweb is ignoring emails informing them that their platform is used by frauders...
R	Raphaël Gilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive service. In addition, you pay extra for a premium ad which shows up as a regular ad; big scam! You would be better off just posting your listing on Facebook.
J	Johan Leys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 110 euros to discover than my ad can only be found when searching on the name of the neighbourhood (that nobody knows!), and not when searching on the name of the city! Immoweb refused to change it, and also doesn't want to pay me back. It almost feels like a scam. Next time I'll use Zimmo again, they have a much better search function and overall website, are cheaper and provide better customer support (when I called them, the helpdesk simply said they decided not to respond to my email because they couldn't fix it anyway).
W	Willem Massoels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted support 3 times: - first, advertisement was not showing in the list on the app - second, views and number of visitors that saved the add did not increase for more than 24 hours (although I visited the advertisement multiple times myself) Immoweb support blowed me off, that's the case. Absolutely not satisfied at all!
