Vincent heeft ons hierbij steeds vriendelijk en professioneel begeleidt; altijd bereikbaar en klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Bij de uiteindelijke onderhandelingen is Vincent steeds zeer correct en eerlijk geweest. Op deze krappe woonmarkt was dat een verademing! Ook na de overeenkomst hebben wij nog contact met Vincent die ons zonodig de woning laat betreden zodat we het een ander al kunnen voorbereiden voor na de sleuteloverdracht. Wij raden Immotion dus zeker één ieder aan! We recently bought a beautiful home through Immotion. Vincent has always guided us in a friendly and professional manner; always available and ready to answer our questions. Vincent has always been very correct and honest in the final negotiations. That was a relief in this tight housing market! Even after the agreement, we are still in contact with Vincent who will let us enter the house if necessary so that we can prepare it for someone else for after the key transfer. We therefore recommend Immotion to everyone!

Being very keen to become the new tenant of the loft, i contacted them through their contact form on their website. After a couple of days with no response on the horizon from Immotion, i decided to become more direct and contacted the real estate agent previously met on the phone. She responded rather quickly and sent the necessary documents so that i could fulfill my application. After a week, i recontacted them about my application, and the same real estate agent seemed very evasive and assured me she'd contact me as soon as possible! From that point, I never got to hear from that real estate agent again, nor from my application. I decided to keep on contacting Immotion for my application, and i always stumbled on another employee that kept giving me different answers: "we'll get an answer at the end of the week", "it'll be next week", "perhaps later, but there are also two other candidates now, etc." In the end, i never received an answer for my application, and after doing some research, i finally realized that the loft that i had applied for was gone and hired by a new tenant. I'm very dissapointed with the way Immotion handled my case. This is not the right way to treat your customers, in my humble opinion. Thanks for reading my dreadful experience with Immotion.
