Het appartement was maar 48u op de markt en de interesse was groot. Carl heeft wel transparant gecommuniceerd over de wijze waarop de biedingen behandeld zullen worden. De aanpak was eerlijk en correct. We made an offer for an apartment for sale through this real estate. Ultimately, our offer was not accepted because someone else offered the asking price without hesitation. The apartment was only on the market for 48 hours and there was great interest. Carl has communicated transparently about the way in which the bids will be handled. The approach was fair and correct.

Mevrouw aan telefoon is zeer onbeleefd & ongeïnteresseerd. Klant is koning, maar niet in dit immobiëlen kantoor. Geen aanrader!!! Very disorganized office. Have serious internal communication problem! The broker tries to obtain a higher offer and plays this out. Lady on the phone is very rude & uninterested. The customer is king, but not in this real estate office. Not recommended!!!
K	Koala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kijk uit voor Manuella Martens, ik heb nog nooit zo´n asociale en arrogante vrouw gesproken. Het is bizar dat deze mevrouw bij een vastgoedkantoor werkt. Mijn vrouw en ik hadden serieus interesse in een appartement die dit kantoor aanbiedt maar door Manuella´s intimiderend gedrag zien wij er toch van af. Watch out for Manuella Martens, I have never spoken to such an antisocial and arrogant woman. It's bizarre that this lady works at a real estate agency. My wife and I were seriously interested in an apartment offered by this office, but Manuella's intimidating behavior made us abandon it.
