★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ook na verkoop van een woning blijft immo woonst helpen bij eventuele problemen. Er was een gaslek en immo woonst stuurde diezelfde dag nog een installateur.
Even after a house has been sold, immo residency continues to help with any problems. There was a gas leak and real estate sent an installer the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkoopt gerenoveerde woningen, maar houdt allerlei informatie achter. Keuringsverslag elektriciteit zonder opmerkingen, terwijl elektriciteit niet in orde is. Tal van zaken bleken achteraf niet in orde! Malafide praktijken!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houdt zaken achter. Allemaal dingen waar achteraf van gezegd wordt dat het niet de fout is van de verkoopster. Renovatie woning gekocht met boktor in de balken, boiler verkeerd geïnstalleerd, elektriciteit levensgevaarlijk gedaan,...
Blijft maar dit soort huizen te koop zetten. Aan iedereen: huis op de elenestraat, begin er niet aan!!
