Sous prétexte que je suis pressé de trouve un bien à louer, ça les renseignent sur ma personnalité,... manque de prévoyance...... j'espère qu'il ne vous arrive jamais rien d'imprevu dans votre vie...
 Do not put pressure, do not ask too much information, they do not have you to worry about ..... what was said to me so. On the pretext that I am in a hurry to find a property to rent, it tells them about my personality, ... lack of foresight ...... I hope you never happen anything unforeseen in your life. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ons huis had 8 maanden te koop gestaan bij een groter kantoor uit de regio maar zonder resultaat (of goed gevoel). Jan en Jacques namen over en bij hen zat de klik meteen goed. Topvakmannen die hun metier door en door kennen; ons huis was verkocht binnen de 3 weken aan de prijs die we afgesproken hadden. Bedankt voor jullie inzet!
Our house had been for sale for 8 months at a larger office in the region but without result (or good feeling). Jan and Jacques took over and with them the click was right. Top experts who know their business through and through; our house was sold within 3 weeks at the price we had agreed. Thank you for your efforts!

Zeer tevreden over de service en uitstekende samenwerking met Jacques, bij de verkoop van woning van mijn peter in corona tijd. Jacques had een oplossing om alles corona veilig te laten verlopen. Alles werd tot in de puntjes geregeld, ik werd professioneel op de hoogte gehouden en kon steeds terecht bij hem met al mijn vragen. Nooit was er iets teveel en steeds even vriendelijke. Ook is alles verlopen volgens afspraak. Dit heeft voor veel vertrouwen gezorgd, waarvoor normaals bedankt Jacques .

Very satisfied with the service and excellent cooperation with Jacques, when selling my godfather's house in corona time. Jacques had a solution to make everything corona run safely. Everything was arranged down to the last detail, I was kept professionally informed and could always contact him with all my questions. There was never too much and always friendly. Everything also went according to agreement. This has created a lot of confidence, for which normally thanks Jacques.
