F	Filip Eerdekens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nog nooit zo een slecht communicerend bureau gekend, wij tekenen compromis voor aankoop woonst, betalen een voorschot en pas 4 welen daarna worden de verkopers op de hoogte gebracht, niet door immo maar door mjn notaris, zij bepalen de wet en spelen de baas over je huis, dus af te raden. Never known such a poor communicating agency, we sign a compromise for the purchase of a residence, pay an advance and only 4 of them are the sellers informed, not by immo but by my notary, they determine the law and play the boss over you house, so not recommended.

Niks doen ze,bodemattest aanvragen en dergelijke moet je allemaal zelf doen,na 6 maanden (termijn contract) komen ze af met een koper (blijkt niet solvabel te zijn achteraf),dan hen buitengegooid en naar CBI Immo gegaan (uitstekend kantoor).Had ik dit eerst gedaan had ik geen 20.000 euro verloren. Years ago trying to sell my apartment through this office. Nothing they do, soil certificate applications and the like should you do all by yourself, after 6 months (term contract), they come with a copper (appears to be solvent afterwards), then passed them off and thrown to CBI Immo (excellent office) .Had I had I lost a $ 20,000 this done first.

Komen gemaakte afspraken niet na, in één woord: BLIJF ER WEG. Incredibly bad real estate agency, you will not find them that unprofessional anymore.They are not satisfied with anything, they do not send the necessary documents on time, we had to arrange everything ourselves through the notary. Do not honor agreements made, in one word: STAY AWAY.
