Nicht eingehaltene versprochene Leistungen, wie Deutsche Fernsehprogramme, ein total vergammeltes und verschimmeltes Badezimmer, heraushängende Steckdosen und ein Beschwerdemanagment das an Gleichgültigkeit und Ausreden nicht zu überbieten ist. Auf eine Endabrechnung und Rückzahlung der Kaution warte ich seit nunmehr 2 Wochen. Nie wieder. Es gibt wesentlich bessere Immobüros in DeHaan. Einen Stern muß ich leider widerwillig geben. If you could give an acid lemon for a real estate agency in DeHaan, Schepens would be the first choice. Unsatisfied promised services, such as German television programs, a totally rotten and moldy bathroom, hanging sockets and a complaint management that can not be beaten for indifference and excuses. For a final statement and repayment of the deposit I wait for 2 weeks. Never again. There are much better properties in DeHaan. Unfortunately I have to give a star reluctantly.

Kan alleen maar aanraden wie wil (ver)kopen of (ver)huren. Professional approach in renting out our house. They make all papers, contracts in order to perfection. Friendly welcome for free. Can only recommend who wants to buy or sell.

Always friendly, nothing is too much for them, very well aware of the legislation and the rental law. Both the 2 managers and the staff are top in their job. Highly recommended !

J'étais étonné d'avoir de si belles finitions dans un petit appartement de location saisonnière pas trop cher. Je ne suis pas déçu d'avoir passé une semaine à la côte, le Covid nous ayant fait annuler nos vacances à l'étranger. Petit update : j'ai reçu le remboursement de la garantie moins d'une semaine après mon départ? I don't have much to say about the agency, the people were nice. Otherwise the apartment they rented me was clean and very well finished. I was amazed to have such beautiful finishes in a small, inexpensive vacation rental apartment. I am not disappointed to have spent a week at the coast, the Covid having made us cancel our holidays abroad. Small update: I received the refund of the guarantee less than a week after my departure?
