★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren kwam ik voor het eerst in contact met een verkoper (K.) van Immo Expert. De verkoper in kwestie was goed op de hoogte over de staat en de infrastructuur van het huis. Een rondleiding van 20 minuten in het hele huis is misschien wat nipt, daar zou ik persoonlijk wat meer tijd voor voorzien... Mijn eerste ervaring met dit immo-kantoor kan ik dus momenteel alleen maar als positief ervaren. Laten we afwachten hoe de rest van de verkoop afloopt. U hoort nog van mij!
Yesterday I came in contact with a seller (K.) of Immo Expert for the first time. The seller in question was well-informed about the state and infrastructure of the house. A 20-minute tour of the entire house might be a bit tight, I would personally provide a little more time for that ... I can currently only experience my first experience with this real estate office as positive. Let's wait and see how the rest of the sale ends. You will hear from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 op 5! Van bij het begin hebben ze bewust gelogen over de beschikbaarheid bij akte om te kunnen verkopen. De kant van de koper kiest dit bureau alvast niet. Hierdoor is het uiteindelijk meer een rechtstreekse verkoop van de eigenaar geweest dan via het kantoor zelf, maar zij hebben wel mooi hun premie gekregen. Zelfs de vorige eigenaar heeft hen hiervoor een boze mail gestuurd. Dit kantoor heeft ons en de vorige eigenaar heel wat geld gekost dat niet had gehoeven als ze hun job goed hadden gedaan.

As a result, it was ultimately more a direct sale from the owner than through the office itself, but they did get their premium nicely. Even the previous owner sent them an angry email for this. This office cost us and the previous owner a lot of money that would not have been necessary if they had done their job well.
