★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij verkoop werd niet gemeld dat de waterinstallatie en riolering van ons nieuwe huis nog gekeurd moest worden. Aangezien wij de nodige documenten voor een keuring niet ter beschikking kregen van de vorige eigenaars of immokantoor, opnieuw contact opgenomen met hen. Helemaal geen hulp gekregen bij het bekomen van de nodige documenten. Duidelijk te merken dat ze hun deel van de verkoop al binnen hadden! Service na verkoop is niks!
At the sale it was not reported that the water installation and sewerage of our new house still had to be inspected. Since we did not get the necessary documents for inspection from the previous owners or real estate office, we contacted them again. No help at all in obtaining the necessary documents. Clearly noticing that they already had their share of the sale! After-sales service is nothing!
