Wij hebben een studio gehuurd 11/9/20 Vandaag zijn we een maand later en nog steeds geen € waarborg terug gekregen. Reeds gebeld en zou dit de dag nadien terug betalen maar niks is minder waar. Terug gebeld uitleg ; Erik is een oudere man en het duurd wat langen. Daar koop ik geen brood van. Komt hun zeergoed uit om andermans geld te behouden langer als vermeld bij boeking (binnende 14 dagen nu 4 weken en nog niks.
We have rented a studio 11/9/20 Today we are a month later and still no € deposit has been returned. Already called and would pay this back the day after, but nothing could be further from the truth. Called back explanation; Erik is an older man and it takes a while. I don't buy bread from that. Is their very good to keep someone else's money longer than stated when booking (within 14 days now 4 weeks and nothing.

Pas correct nous sommes rester une semaine sans TV avec la promesse que le dépanneur aller passer le lendemain, couverts sales même très sale, siphon de sdb rempli de poils, sauna Hors service, le comble pour une location à plus de 1400€ , et pour couronner le tout e fameux Éric de l agence ose encore dire que le nettoyage avait eter mal fait à cause de deux traces de doigts sur la baie vitrée alors que nous avions rendu l appartement plus propre que lors de notre arrivée après réclamation et enguelade , il a verser la caution directement car j avais Lu qu il fallait attendre longtemps pour la caution en retour sinon, superbe appartement au front de mer mais agence à éviter, à fuit même!!!! Ah jj oubliais le fameux Éric s est permis de me bousculer et de M insulter devant mon fils de 10 ans mais c est facile de se trancher derrière le comptoir et de toute façon avec les caméras k aurais eter le fautif si je risposter, je Lui ai gentilement proposer d aller dehors mais en vain Une honte pour la profession j ai déjà louer pas mal de locations à la cote Belge mais jamais eu autant de problèmes qu avec cette agence!!!!!

Eigenlijk snel een studio vast kunnen leggen zonder problemen echter voor een studio van 535 euro toch een dikke beschrijvingkosten van 487eu. Vind ik overdreven en ik heb een fietsenstalling maar geen uitleg van waar want is met NRS ik woon hier al 6 maand en nog steeds geen uitleg erover jammer

Wij hadden interesse in een appartement, we zijn binnen geweest.... verkoper had geen tijd voor ons; moest teveel bellen. De vriendelijke Meneer aan het onthaal moest het euvel oplossen met ons. De Meneer aan het onthaal heeft dit goed opgelost , de verkoper van het kantoor heeft ons nooit opgebeld; of het moet zijn dat iedere potentiele klant bij jullie 2 weken moet wachten voordat ze terugbellen. Intussen zijn we ergens anders beter ontvangen en hebben ze daar wel de moeite gedaan voor ons.... We zijn daar intussen overgegaan tot aankoop. Je mist een commissie op de verkoop van 420.000€ . Iedere klant die binnenkomt kan een klant zijn... hou het ingedachte. Jammer service nul op dat gebied, ik zal zeker al niet verhuren met jullie !

In the meantime we have been received better elsewhere and they have made the effort for us there .... We have now proceeded to purchase there. You miss a commission on the sale of 420,000 €. Every customer who comes in can be a customer ... keep it in mind. Too bad service zero in that area, I will certainly not rent with you guys!

Avoid for renting. I'll tell you why. (Nederlands onderaan) We rented an apartment in Ostende for two nights using this company. €420 for two nights in May. I was a little surprised to find that you had to go pay extra for bedsheets (€27) and towels, but also to discover we had to go buy our own toilet paper. All that aside - despite paying by card, we were asked for a *cash* deposit of €200. Red flag? Yes. We were told the deposit would be returned within 2 weeks. 5 weeks, 3 unanswered e-mails and 2 phone calls later, I was informed something went wrong, that I would receive the deposit, but they would keep €39 for cleaning (this had not been mentioned anywhere before booking.) I am still amazed as what they must have cleaned, as we only stayed two nights, did not cook at all, and we cleaned before we left. The only thing we left behind was a bit of garbage in a bag, which we were told not to worry about and that it was "not a problem" (because we asked where we should put it.) There is a review here saying that they are "fake accounts" leaving negative reviews - I am actually more inclined to believe the positive reviews are fake (for example, there is one claiming the pricing is clear - definitely untrue!) The view from the apartment was beautiful. The apartment itself was ok too. It is the dishonesty and "trying to get every penny out of you, even with dishonest methods" that I found unacceptable. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement was mooi. Het appartement zelf was ook in orde. Het is de oneerlijkheid en het "proberen om elke mogelijke cent uit je te krijgen, zelfs als je oneerlijke methoden gebruikt" die ik onaanvaardbaar vond. Ondersteun dit gedrag niet.
