R	RP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn dochter heeft een kleine chirurgische ingreep ondergaan en we moesten hiervoor in het daghospitaal zijn. Kozen voor een tweepersoonskamer. Groot was mijn verbazing als één van de verpleegsters ons meedeelde dat we het bed NIET mochten gebruiken ! Anders moest de poetsploeg komen om het na ons verblijf proper te maken. Voortaan de patiënt gewoon op een stoel in de gang misschien ? Dan moet er ook geen kamer worden aangerekend wat nu waarschijnlijk wel het geval zal zijn. Ben benieuwd naar de factuur. My daughter had a minor surgery and we had to be in the day hospital for this. Opted for a double room. I was very surprised when one of the nurses informed us that we were NOT allowed to use the bed! Otherwise the cleaning team had to come to clean it after our stay. Will the patient simply sit on a chair in the hallway from now on? Then no room should be charged, which probably will be the case now. Looking forward to the invoice.
d	dimitri maes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede zorgen op de paaz enkel die van de geriatrie aan de overkant schandalig dat ze ne patiënt denken te kunnen verklikken voor iets wat in samenspraak overeen gekomen is dat ze de patiënt in quarantaine ook nog durven uitlachen en uitdagen uit de raam van de traphal. 3 verpleegsters die ik zeker nog ga tegenkomen hier en dat ik zeker geen blad voor de mond zal nemen als ik ze tegen het lijf loop wat zeker nog gaat komen . Bijgevoegde foto is waarlangs ze de patiënt met 3 verpleegsters 1 voor 1 uitdaagden en uitlachten die 3 mogen wel wat meer respect tonen en die gezichten zal ik zeker niet vergeten Good care on the paaz, only that of the geriatrics across the street, it's outrageous that they think they can betray a patient for something that has been agreed in consultation that they also dare to laugh at the patient in quarantine and challenge them out of the window of the stairwell. 3 nurses that I will definitely come across here and that I will certainly not mince my words if I run into them which will certainly come. Attached photo is where they challenged the patient with 3 nurses 1 by 1 and laughed at those 3 could show a little more respect and I will certainly not forget those faces

When finally ready to go, waiting for 20 minutes in operation clothes and got sent back in waiting room because something came up. They told they would call if we would have to come later for the procedure and I didn't receive anything so I come at 3 like planned and learn that I might have to wait until 6 because the appointment is planned on "reserve". I sit here with my wife and a baby of 4 month that needs to sleep, that needs his bed. This is not how you treat people, I'm fed up and won't come here ever again.
E	E. H. M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 9pm was asked about a letter from the family doctor! We said this was an emergency case! Asked about the nationality of our kid (it is in in the ID card!). The receptionist was very impolite and rude. Took us three hour to get the work done. Sure we will never approach this hospital! A pure example of suburban mentality in Belgium!
