★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het binnengeven van onze wegwerpcamera's zijn er foute prijzen meegedeeld waardoor wij veel meer moesten betalen dan dat er voorzien was. De info die gegeven was, was zeker ook niet correct. Er werd gesproken van 1 cd en we kregen er per wegwerpcamera 1 en moesten die dan ook allemaal betalen.
When we handed in our disposable cameras, wrong prices were communicated, so we had to pay much more than was foreseen. The information given was certainly not correct. There was talk of 1 CD and we received 1 per disposable camera and had to pay for all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weet blijkbaar niet wat klantvriendelijkheid is. Beschuldigd mij om nooit m’n ID mee te hebben terwijl het de 1e keer was dat ik kwam en dus ook de laatste. Gelukkig is mevrouw wel nog vriendelijk..
Doesn't seem to know what customer service is. Accused me of never having my ID with me when it was the 1st time I came and therefore the last. Fortunately, the lady is still friendly..
