Vandaar allicht dat de annulatie van een gesprek niet gecommuniceerd wordt naar de betrokkene(n) en dat de receptie, met de lijst van verwachte aanwezigen voor zich, niet de moeite neemt te verifiëren wie zich aanbiedt. Gevolg: nutteloze vervroegde terugkeer uit rustoord, nutteloze aanbieding en tijdverlies. Eén keer en liefst nooit meer!
 "Everyone has the right to smart prevention"... This is probably why the cancellation of a call is not communicated to the person(s) involved and that the reception, with the list of expected attendees in front of itself, does not bother to verify who is offers. Result: useless early return from rest home, useless offer and loss of time. Once and preferably never again!
