★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd vriendelijk en met super service! Al jaaaren klant! Ook de samenwerking met de naaister verderop in de straat maakt dat je voor al je vestimentaire problemen bij dit familiebedrijf terechtkan.
Always friendly and with super service! Been a customer for years! The cooperation with the seamstress further down the street also means that you can go to this family business for all your vestimentary problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De heren zijn al jarenlang vaste waarden in de buurt, zowel vader als zoon helpen je altijd verder met een glimlach op het gezicht. Ze hebben al heel wat kledingstukken kunnen redden, en als het niet gaat dan zeggen ze dat ook altijd correct op voorhand.
The gentlemen have been fixed values in the area for years, both father and son will always help you with a smile on your face. They have already been able to save a lot of garments, and if it doesn't work, they always say so correctly in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my line of work you get to visit dry cleaners on a regular basis. I'm sad to say more often than not I feel let down or experience some form of bad service. Finally I ended up in "Ideal".
This family (father - son) owned business really does tick all the boxes. First of all, they don't outsource the cleaning: everything is done on site, which makes them faster, less likely to lose things and more open about the successrate.
Always up for a chat and with a remarkable memory for your specific garments or issues, at Ideal you finally get the feeling they really want to think along and try to get your items back to perfect.
On some occasions you won't even have to pay if something doesn't come out like they hoped (although it's wise to not expect this, consider it a gift from time to time). If you're ever in a pickle, I suggest dropping by Ideal for advice and the correct attention.
