Grande professionalità, sia nella fase di progettazione, grazie a Elodie che riesce a interpretare le esigenze del cliente, sia durante l'installazione della cucina, non sempre facile in vecchi edifici con molti vincoli. Nei rari casi cui ci sono stati degli imprevisti, sono sempre state proposte soluzioni creative e efficienti. Cela faisait déjà un petit temps que nous souhaitions changer et repenser notre cuisine. Nous avons poussé la porte d’ID cuisine et nous ne le regrettons absolument pas! Cette petite entreprise familiale s’est montrée très professionnelle et compétente tout au long du processus. Les collaborateurs d’ID cuisine ont été à l’écoute de nos besoins et de nos envies, et ont cherché à comprendre la dynamique selon laquelle nous utilisons notre cuisine. Comme nous désirions vraiment modifier l’espace et l’agencement de notre nouvelle cuisine, ID cuisine nous a proposé différents projets et nous a présenté des visuels nous permettant de nous projeter de manière précise. Cela a grandement faciliter notre choix final. Merci tout particulièrement à Emmanuelle pour sa patience et son amabilité, elle s’est montré disponible tout au long de notre projet.

Plusieurs expériences avec ID Cuisine, grande satisfaction à chaque fois. L'accueil est chaleureux et agréable mais en outre, et surtout, l'équipe est à l'écoute et prend le temps d'étudier le projet. Les propositions sont pertinentes, esthétiques et fonctionnelles. Avec le soucis du meilleur rapport qualité /prix. Délais respectés, montage très professionnel, détails soignés et service après-vente irréprochable. Après quelques années d'utilisation de la cuisine, je peux affirmer que la qualité est au top.

2 years ago i bought a kitchen in Marble at Snaidero Batibouw , today i just had a crush on the "OLA" kitchen by Pininfarina ! Amazing classy Marble mixed with special Wood ! I am really impressed by the high Premium quality of this brand and his team so professional and gentle with us ! If all others could be so kind as they are ! Thanks To the team in Batibouw !

It is too bad that there is no possibility to give 6 stars to this place because this would be totally deserved. We bought a Snaidero kitchen 4 years ago and it is still looks as new given the quality of the materials. I recommend this place not only for the great kitchens that they have but above all for the wonderful team that works there and the excellent service that you get during but also after your purchase!

I can only highly recommend this business. Not only are they extremely serious and professional, but they really put their heart into the clients' satisfaction. When a small issue emerged due to a supplier's bad diligence, they immediately found a solution. I have always been able to have a quick and efficient response to any question. They have my absolute trust and I have the most gorgeous of kitchens. Top Top Top! My only regret is that the maximum is five stars, I would give them ten.

We already have our kitchen for more than 3 years but it feels like yesterday we spent days with lovely Elodie choosing the perfect kitchen for our new home. ID Cuisine goes out or their way to service you and that service continues after purchase!

Jonathan at ID cuisine has been with me every step of the way, problem solving, providing customer service over and above my expectations and the final product melts my heart. He is someone you can trust fully, he knowns his stuff and puts his clients needs at the centre of every project. Here's the story of how the heart of my home was conceived, materialised led and brought to life... I went to several well known (and recommended) kitchen places looking for someone to help bring my dream kitchen to life -- for me the kitchen is the heart of the home. I also stumbled across ID Cuisine in Ixelles, and thought why not. I had two meetings with each of the companies, to explain what I wanted, provide provisional designs I had made (my apartment is small and so was my budget). Each company provided me with quotes and they were all basically the same within a few hundred euros. But, the service from Jonathan at ID Cuisine exceeded all expectations and was leaps and bounds above the rest. He truly listened to me, and even in the meetings I had with him I felt listened to. The alterations he had made to my designs took into account being able to still socialise with my guests when cooking for them, ensuring the kitchen was functional in terms of where things were situated and his suggestions for materials and his knowledge on the differences were exceptional. His attitude towards me in the first two sessions coupled with the outcomes he gave in the second meeting, made it easy to trust him and made my decision to go with ID cuisine an easy one. Aldo, when the team came to install my kitchen there were a few issues (the builder added in a false roof, but didn't tell anyone) and the team onsite plus Jonathan came up with a solution on the day so that there were no delays with my installation and it wouldn't cost me any more money. It did cost them in time and materials though. Truly an exceptional company to work with. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.
