De winkeljuffrouw hielp me met zoeken naar de kleur die het mooist stond bij mijn ondertoon. En ja, het is echt de beste kleur voor mij! Er werd ook een staaltje parfum of gezichtsverzorging aangeboden waaruit ik kon kiezen! Echt heel tevreden!
Super service! I came for a lipstick, but I was not sure which color to take. The shop assistant helped me find the color that best matched my undertone. And yes, it really is the best color for me! There was also a sample of perfume or facial care that I could choose from! Really very satisfied!

werd totaal niet verder geholpen en was nog zeer onbeleefd ook.
Heel klantonvriendelijk ben dan maar buitengestapt zonder aankoop.
ik zal het dan maar online bestellen en kom daar nooit meer. Heb dit nooit eerder meegemaakt in een ici paris filiaal... zonde
Today I was in ici paris wilrijk bist and faded, Super cheeky elderly lady with blond short hair who totally refused to help and but around ufte and puffed.
was not helped at all and was also very rude.
Very customer unfriendly I just walked out without buying.
I'll just order it online and never go there again. Never experienced this before in an ici paris branch ... a shame
