★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Font patienter les gens à l’extérieur pendant de longues minutes (jusqu’à 20 minutes !), conditions et mesures injustifiées. Se la joue ultra strict sur les conditions d’entrée mais le personnel ne met son masque qu’à moitié...pitoyable.
 Make people wait outside for long minutes (up to 20 minutes!), Unwarranted conditions and measures. They play it super strict on entry conditions but the staff don’t put on half their masks ... pitiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’accueil et le service sont lamentables. Je suis allée avec ma mère pour effectuer quelques achats. Ma mère cherchait un parfum pour homme, pour offrir. Lorsqu’elle a voulu sentir, une vendeuse l’a violemment ordonné de ne toucher à rien et d’attendre que quelqu’un vienne s’occuper d’elle. Ma mère était choquée et s’est sentie tellement agressée qu’elle en a pleuré.
On peut prétendre qu’avec les mesures anti-Covid il est recommandé de ne pas toucher aux articles, mais est ce que cela retirerait la politesse le respect et les bonnes manières ?
Ma mère, une habituée des boutiques de parfumerie, n’a jamais connu pareille agressivité. Bien au contraire, elle a pour habitude de côtoyer des vendeurs bienveillants chaleureux et respectueux. Cette expérience l’a fait changer d’avis et nous sommes repartis sans qu’elle n’ait effectué un achat.
A toutes celles et ceux qui accompagnent leur parent dans cette boutique, je vous conseille vivement d’orienter vos pas dans une autre parfumerie.
The hospitality and service are dismal. I went with my mom to do some shopping. My mother was looking for a perfume for men, to give as a gift. When she wanted to smell, a saleswoman violently ordered her not to touch anything and wait for someone to come and take care of her. My mother was shocked and felt so assaulted that she cried.
It can be argued that with anti-Covid measures it is recommended not to tamper with articles, but would that take away politeness, respect and good manners?
My mother, who is used to perfume shops, has never known such aggressiveness. On the contrary, she has a habit of rubbing shoulders with warm and respectful benevolent salespeople. This experience changed her mind and we left without her making a purchase.
To all those who accompany their parents in this shop, I strongly advise you to take your steps in another perfume store.

Cela fait 10 ans que j’achetais mes parfums chez Ici Paris XL mais dorénavant je n’y mettrai plus jamais les pieds !
Manager (elderly lady with glasses) rude and unprofessional.
To flee.
It's been 10 years since I bought my perfumes at Ici Paris XL but from now on I will never set foot there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this a negative rating I would!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one there spoke English, or at least they pretended not to. And when I approached different employees there (particularly a younger guy) to ask for help they would just run away and not even go get someone who can speak English! I left without buying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been in all the ICI PARIS in Brussels but I have visited a few. It is not my favourite cosmetic shop, and this one particularly is the worst one. Every time I walk in they make me feel like s**t. No matter what time of the day it is, all the personnel pretends not to see me. They just don't give a f**k. And I am always wanting to buy cosmetics there, not just look around and parfum myself. Unfortunately this is the one that is close to me. But I try to cut all my connections with ICI PARIS because I have very bad experience with them. But sometimes, very rarely I have no choice but to go there. And every single time I swear to god not to come back. Otherwise it is a normal cosmetic shop with lots of brands. This one sell brands the other ICI PARIS shops (except on The Neuve) don't sell. But what is not normal is how tha staff behaves! It always takes me ages to get what I want, because there is no one to ask for it. And I promis, I do not look like a weirdo!

I wanted to return some unopened articles I bought, they told me I couldn't and asked me how I could return articles when their colleague has spent time giving me advices? I believe it is my right as a customer to choose to buy or not buy and I believe it is a salesperson's duty to receive the customers and advise, whether they choose to buy or not. Also racist. Never asked about my nationality and seeing as I'm Asian, assumed I'm Chinese when I'm not. Will never return here. Ever.
