The sales lady was super rude !
I went in there to pick up a chanel perfume as a birthday gift for a friend, and thought I get a few things for myself as well. so I asked if she could recommend a nice eyeliner and crayon for me, we walked towards the makeup section and she picked up a dior crayon and said it was too expensive, saying she would get a cheaper one for me.
I was speechless! Because I couldn't believe my ears! I insisted on that particular one and also an eyeliner to go with it.at the cashier, I tried to caution her about her behaviour, but she started rolling her eyes at me, instead of apologising.
Her job as a sales attendant is to give the client what they want and not to dictate to them on what she thinks they can or cannot afford! I own a buisness of my own, and know the importance of treating all client with respect.
Then again, maybe I should have come in wearing all my designer items (lol)
Such superficial behaviour will only make them loose a lot of good potentially client.
Never going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very intimidating experience at my first and let's be clear... the last visit at this shop. First, the lady working there told me it was not OK to stand so close to the shelf with products as it is her place here to advise and I should move further away from shelf. I asked for testing two perfumes and felt intimidated as she was constantly on me following my every step. I told her the second perfume I tested was too sweet and she argued with me it was not sweet. She acted arrogant. I just think that if I am about to spend 80-100 Euros on decent perfumes, I should be given some peace? People who run that type of opressive commerce at Ici Paris XL really don't understand customers at all. Of course, I did not buy anything and left the shop in fury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very RUDE. They yelled at me for looking at perfumes saying I wasnt "supposed to be there", gave weird looks to my wife and didnt accept a gift card we were entitled to. Horrible service and very negative vibe, never going back there again. Also prices were unreasonably high compared to other shops in the area. STAY AWAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back home from this awful store in tears and without making a purchase. Moroccan saleswoman with long hair, I don't know the name - ARROGANCE, haughtiness, absolute unwillingness to help a client who is READY to buy! I was allowed to test three perfumes, and shee refused to show others on the pretext that after three perfumes I could no longer distinguish anything. Disgusting attitude, unfriendly atmosphere, I will never enter this store again.
