★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. When you ask them something, they literally tell you angrily with a sentence that No, I don't speak English. But I was only asking a simple question do you have this product. Not trying to help customers at all. Will never buy anything there again. So disappointing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster service and always extremely busy. Nobody smiles apart from the moment they tell you they can’t help you because they finished working. Products often sold out. Worse Ici paris I have been to. If it wasnt for the loads of diplomats taking out their frustrations there, the shop would have closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the experience. Two of the staff who interacted with me were very helpful. I had read a lot of bad reviews about the customer service here but I still went ahead as I wanted to check a foundation and to my surprise had a pretty good experience with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those people don’t want to work. Only one person per family can get in even if you want to chose for both... So you have to come one after each other even if there is nobody in the shop. I guess the same people will complain when shop bankruptcy will start... What a pity.

They never seem to have enough staff, it takes ages to get someone's attention and then they say they are occupied or it's not their role and all while I know exactly what I want. Please do something with a quick check out option or I will not come again.
