C	Caroline Blake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is very basic, no kettle etc. Pricey for what you get. If one person goes out the the with the card your left in darkness! Worse when your trying to have a shower,so not good at all. Breakfast was ok,but only light margarine couldn't see any butter,also only 1 salt and 1 pepper for everyone to share! Croissants could have been cooked a bit more. Only a tiny amount of fresh orange (not even enough for 1 glass) and did not get filled either. 1 member of Staff was very nice and the others didn't even speak to you. Parking is outside the hotel free so no need to pay hotel for parking.

We had a delicious Christmas dinner which consisted of a venison and beef stew which melted in your mouth, meals each evening which we had in the hotel were just as nice. It was different to see how the Belgium people celebrate Christmas, it is very different to how we celebrate but is I would say more family and friends orientated and not so commercial...which was nice to see. To walk along the sea front on Christmas morning was amazing. I highly recommend this Ibis hotel and Belgium, it is such a beautiful place with so much to see, also so many surprises that lie in the streets you are walking along

Only thing is that our room was looking at the street and it was a bit noisy at night. I recommend the request of garden looking street.

K	Kamil G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to give a 4 star rating, but Mr Emmanuel's positivity and care changed it to 5 star one - this guy is taking the extra mile to made sure guests are satisfied, other people at receptions are also good, but Emmanuel stands out for me. Recently I've been in there quite often and I can recommend. Rooms are clean and overall nice, internet connection is stable ( but not enough for games like "LoL", due to ping jumps ). Working AC, helpful receptionists. Free parking closeby. Washsalon literally 30meters away. Then why did I wanted to place 4* rating in the first place? Well: - brakefasts are lacking in variety, - brakefast boxes are really random, sometimes filled fully, sometimes only half of stuff you've got i.ex. day before. - ping could be more stable ( for people who like playing competetive online games ) - TVs that you can't stream your device's screen into, so you won't watch Netflix, YouTube etc on those. In 2021 that's quite a basic thing in a hotel in my opinion. - cleaning service could be a little bit better with cleaning toilets, or atleast leave a toilet brush there for me :)
