★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is exactly what you expect. The staff are friendly, the location of the hotel is excellent. If travelling to the airport the next morning the bus leaves from just across the river, a 2min walk. The room is small with only one power point but otherwise it is fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is very small, no space at all for the luggage. The bed is not comfortable. The bathroom door is not working ( not possible to close the door behind you). Basic breakfast that cost you 29€ For two people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First room was not acceptable. Got changed to another up top. That room was clean. The noise all night kept me from sleeping. The noise was not from inside the hotel (beside one noisy couple but those noises didn’t last long). No bathtub. I didn’t bother to shower. I don’t have time when I wake up at 8 after not sleeping all night. I brushed my teeth waiting for the metro.
I’m not sure the most of the trouble was accord’s fault (for example: the fact that the two nice persons I’ve met during my stay were payed to be). I’m a nice person, I’m simply not used to hearing homophobic slurs all day and watching everyone spit on the floor during a pandemic.
What i was expecting was an experience approaching my previous stay in Mons Ibis gare centre. What I got was only close in that it had the single flaw. Climate control didn't work. I know what 21°C is it the temperature of every room I stay in, all the time. 20°C is a bit cold 22°c is way too hop. Had to open the window. I even tried setting it to 16°C

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s gets 2 stars, thanks to the staff being nice. Location comes with a great view, [and] dudes banging outside at 3am (this is technically not part of the hotel so I won’t give a third star for the show).
-1 No bathtub.
-1 Dirty room. (Asked for a change and got the room I’m reviewing, also dirty).
-1 AC didn’t work.
+2 Lovely staff, very nice, and friendly.
