★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are thinking of asking for help after birth, I advise you to check 10 times whether you will recieve it on time or simply find an other solution that you can relay on. I have organized help at home for after I give birth (started at the beginning of my 8th month of pregnancy) with them, wasting my time collecting all of the documentation needed, sending an email (newer answered) a week before our baby was born, asking is everything in order so we can recieve the much needed help. After giving birth, ( being destroyed by giving birth which was very difficult, pushed beyond limits and risk to give natural birth, ended up having a c section and being beyond tired caring for a newborn) I sent an other email asking about the at this point desperately needed help. No answer until I sent a complaint (this point, our baby is over a month old) when I am told that we can get the help for only the following 6 weeks instead of promised 12, as they count the time that has passed in which we hadn't recieved their help by their mistake. They did however over me an additional two weeks (to the shortened 6) if I go to the doctor and get an other document. I would say that is very disrespectful, disappointing and frustrating in any situation but more than devastating for a new mother.
