L'équipe vous aidera dans vos tracas meme lorsqu'ils ne sont pas forcément concerné. Cependant, essayez d'être un peu moins râleur à l'accueil. Les conditions sont dur pour chacun ?.
If there is something to be done, the garage will do it and without exaggeration, far from it. This garage is therefore trusted. The team will help you with your worries even when they are not necessarily concerned. However, try to be a little less grumpy at the reception. Conditions are tough for everyone ?.

Quelle ne fût pas ma surprise de découvrir la différence du montant réclamé ainsi que la main d'œuvre et le prix de l'huile. Sur la facture pour le même entretien il y a une différence de 100 euros. Je me suis permis de vous téléphoner pour avoir des explications, on m'a promis de resonner mais j'attends toujours. Depuis je suis cliente à Tournai
Surprised by the amount claimed during my interviews, I inquired with a friend who is a client of Hiunday Tournai. What was my surprise to discover the difference in the amount claimed as well as the labor and the price of the oil. On the invoice for the same maintenance there is a difference of 100 euros. I took the liberty of calling you for explanations, I was promised to ring again but I'm still waiting. Since then I have been a customer in Tournai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather disappointed in customer service. Came to inquire about a certain model of a car, which apparently won't be available in Belgium before June 2018. When I mentioned that it's already available in the U.K., saying what a shame it takes longer to get back on the market in Belgium, I was told that and I quote: " I should have bought it in the U.K." Says it all, doesn't it?
