★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor mij heeft hypnose averechts gewerkt. Heb hypnose gedaan ivm angsten. Mijn angsten zijn na de hypnose verergerd. Is nu toch al een hele tijd geleden maar alles blijft zoals na de hypnose. Durf ook geen 2de hypnose te ondergaan. Het zal dus niet bij iedereen werken.
For me, hypnosis has been counterproductive. I did hypnosis because of fears. My fears worsened after the hypnosis. Is now a long time ago but everything remains as after the hypnosis. Also do not dare to undergo a 2nd hypnosis. So it won't work for everyone.
