The customer service are so bad for foreigners I bought two TV's and both had problems after 6 months I went there to ask for support they totally ignored me and told me to wait and she said (You have to wait long time) I did not get it!, finally there was a young manager he came to ask them something but he said to her, he is first, when I told her I need to fix my TV ( again )since it is under guarantee, then she told me I need to go to the TV section and they will help me. Then the manager took me there because he found out that the staff are not doing a good job BTW ( the staff were two old ladies with angry face).

I normally like the market because there are a lot of choice to buy stuff. But, I experienced worst customer service with one old lady at the cash point. I was to buy a book with sounds for my kid. Because of a promo, the price is on a sticker posted on the cover of the book and is different from the normal price. This lady thought I put the sticker to fraud it and asked me to pay the normal price (without promo), that was very disrespectful. I had to contact her colleague to prove that I was right. She is so arrogant. Watch out for this prejudiced lady.

Huge market; the goods are of nice quality

Always something on offer. Huge variety of choice. And I absolutely love the self scan. Wish every shop had it. Cause it's easier for checking out and with the exception of some promos being taken off at the till I know exactly how much I'm spending while shopping.

Kudos to this branch (or is it the whole hypermarket policy?) for some changes. I especially like that even during your normal shoping you can make here environment friendly choices. Gassed bottled mineral water in glass you can return (20 cents per liter), grains, nuts, beans... without packages, bio section for meat (and other products), local suppliers (apples from Bierbeek) and nothing from this will cost you fortune, quite the opposite. It's still normal shop with products all around the world with different production policy, but at least you can choose. A way to go. Parking lot is huge and accessible. People at information are helpful. Good anti-corona measures (two cleaning "stations" at the entry, screen with info about number of customers and capacity of the shop). A lot of self checkouts. A bit more expensive than Lidl and Aldi in general, but it doesn't hold for all products.

This is big carrefour where you can find a lot to almost everything you are looking for when it comes the daily products. They have not only foods and drinks but also electronics, plastic boxes, dishes, toys, clothes, shoes, jewelries, etc. Beside this store, there are Leonidas chocolate shop, coffee bar, brico, gasoline station, car reparations shop, McDonald, krefel en lunchgarden restaurant. They got big parking lot so you can always find a space to park (parking is free). For those who doesn’t drive doesn’t need to suffer from not able to drive at all since there is a bus stop just close by! They often have nice promotions of different products so I suggest you to definitely checkout (who knows it’s something you are looking for). They also got sushi store for those people who love sushi’s (just by the fruits and vegetables corners. Of course there are food/drinking times depending on when (not all the time). I realized that they have made a new selfscan corner where you have to place your scanning machine back to the box thing. Then you can give your client number to be able to pay the total. Be aware that if you want to get out, you will need to scan the barcode on the receipt/bills but you can only scan it for only once so if you are going to grocery with more than two people, remember to go out together or else you the gate will close and it won’t open even you try to scan the bill again. If you encounter this problem then you can always ask the helper at the selfsanning area to help you out to open it for you.

Good service, you can find everything you need here. It is clean, could be more expensive comparing to the Lidl or Colruyt, but the quality is fine.
