D	Dorothee Przyjemski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my gosh never had such a ridiculous room hotel experience. We booked a junior suite and got a ‘office single bed room’ without informing us. Reception staff did their best to accommodate us to different room as it was super weird and mostly not possible to sleep in such a room. It’s a shame the hotel is using this room as a junior room AWFUL! Staff very good, great asset for such a poor managed hotel.

Small selection, not really tasty. That was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless I give 4 stars also because of the very good location.

The breakfast has a great variety and good quality of food. Great choice if you want to be in the city center.

We stayed one night and when we arrived the shower did not had hot water, we spoke to the reception and they help us with this but the next morning the same problem occurred. We chose this hotel mostly for the spa and swimming pool. We were very disappointed because the pool was very cold!!! and the hammam was broken so we did not enjoy at all or stay.
