★ ★ ★ ★ ★ raar simpele vraag of ik als huurder verplicht ben een huurder te zoeken, ja of neen ,staat niet in het contract, men kan daar geen antwoord op geven?
weird simple question as a tenant that I am obliged to look for a tenant, yes or no, is not in the contract, one cannot answer that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor iemand dat het niet weet zijn iets moeilijker te vinden. De mensen aan het onthaal zijn vriendelijk en geven je correcte informatie. Op de dienst waar ik moest zijn hebben ze me op een vriendelijke en correcte manier vooruit geholpen.
For someone who doesn't know its a bit harder to find. The people at the reception are friendly and give you correct information. At the service where I had to be, they helped me in a friendly and correct way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor ons persoonlijk totaal geen meerwaarde. Er zijn geen advocaten ter beschikking plus de info die ze geven slaat op niets. Wij hebben een probleem gehad die voor de vrede rechtbank is gekomen en als we hadden geluisterd naar de huurdersbond dan waren we nu drie keer zoveel geld kwijt. De dame zat daar met heel veel stoef achter haar bureau ons wat uit te lachen dat we het aanbod van de huisbazin maar beter zouden aanvaarden maar zoals voorheen vernoemd waren we dan 3 x zoveel geld kwijt. Dus mensen naar mijn persoonlijke mening sluit u aub niet aan
No added value for us personally. There are no lawyers available and the information they give makes no sense. We have had a problem that has come to the peace court and if we had listened to the tenants' union we would now have lost three times as much money. The lady sat there with a lot of stoef behind her desk, laughing at us that we would better accept the offer from the landlady, but as mentioned before we would have lost 3 times as much money. So folks in my personal opinion please don't join

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zelfs wanneer je u bv. niet goed voelt, wordt er u een glas water aangeboden. Echter wel weinig parkeer gelegenheid wat jammer is. Wachttijd viel zeer goed mee.
Employees are friendly and helpful. Even if you do not feel well, for example, you will be offered a glass of water. However, little parking is a shame. Waiting time was very good.
